Double knit garment-length electronic jacquard machine with both-side needle selection ■  V-LEC4DGTY2 which established the basis of garment knitting has now been upgraded to V-LEC4DGTFY6. It is our state of the art garment machine fully incorporating all the technical know-how we have acquired. ■  Advanced features such as F-type stripers, auto-stitch & auto-timing systems, newly developed dial needle selection system further improve the quality of garment-length fabrics.

<Mechanical Features> <High performance SS actuators for both the cylinder and dial> Our individual needle selection system using high performance SS actuators ensures stable and reliable needle selection on both sides, 3-position (K, T & W) on the cylinder and 2-position (K-W or T-W) with support function on the dial. <Newly developed dial needle selection system> Needle movement on the dial can be reliably regulated by the “Clip Jack System”* when loops are formed. This enables the production of fabrics which have been difficult to be knitted on electronic jacquard machines using the conventional both-side needle selection system. Therefore, enhanced fabric potential is expected. * The “Clip Jack System” is a system to make needle selection by using sets of needle-jack connected needles. <High-performance F-type 6-color auto-striper> ･Various new mechanisms enable stable striping . ･The flip-up mechanism greatly facilitates threading, fabric pressing-on, cleaning, etc. ･Random multi-finger operation where multiple fingers feed yarns at the same time is possible. <High quality garment-length fabrics> Capable of knitting high quality garment-length fabrics thanks to the auto-stitch and  auto-timing mechanisms on the cylinder which allow optimum stitch density and cam timing settings. <Single knit garment-length fabrics> A D-C transfer feeder enables to knit single knit garment-length fabrics using 3-position needle selection on the cylinder. <Quick Cylinder/Dial Change> The F-type striper has reduced the number of parts to be removed and refitted when changing the cylinder/dial, resulting in quicker cylinder/dial change. An optional tool which further facilitates cylinder/dial change is optionally available. <Spandex striping (optional)> ･Spandex striping function to feed or not to feed spandex yarns to garment-length fabric is possible with optional parts. ･More stretchable and stable cuffs can be knitted by feeding spandex yarns only to the rib cuff portions using this function.   LAN <High speed pattern transfer system via LAN （optional）> Large pattern data for both-side needle selection can be easily transferred to the controller via LAN using a high speed pattern transfer system*.   ＊ Optional items such as software for pattern transfer (“KNIT SERVER SOFTWARE” - a Windows XP application based on TCP/IP), a personal computer, a switching hub and LAN cables are required.   FDS <Easy pattern data creation by FDS (optional)> Knitting parameters can be automatically made in a short time by loading necessary data after creating a pattern.
