Our individual needle selection system using high
performance SS actuators ensures stable and
reliable needle selection on both sides,
3-position (K, T & W乯 on the cylinder and
2-position 乮K-W or T-W乯 with support function
on the dial.

Needle movement on the dial can be reliably
regulated by the 乬needle-jack-connected
system乭 when loops are formed. This enables the
production of fabrics which have been difficult to
be knitted on electronic jacquard machines using
the conventional both-side needle selection
system. Therefore, enhanced fabric potential is
expected with this machine.

needle selection system> Reversible
jacquards – typical fabrics using both-side
needle selection, mesh reversible fabrics using
mesh cams*, pile jacquards* having structure
patterns, quilt fabrics* having clear and

high speed pattern transfer system*.
