FUKUHARA Single Knit Fine Gauge Electronic Jacquard Machine
■  3-position needle selection at multiple feeders has been achieved by our high-performance SS actuators.
■  Greatly improved productivity thanks to the multi-feeder setup (2.4 feeders/inch).
■  Ultra-fine gauge (36G) knitting on electronic jacquard machines has become a reality.
■  Not just full jacquards, mesh or spandex-plated fabrics can also be knitted by using optional parts.
■  Bright color LCD touch panel with improved visibility ensures reliable data entry.
■  Equipped with FMC-40 controller. Large pattern data can be transferred speedily to the controller.

Our high performance SS-actuators allow reliable 3-position (knit, tuck and welt) individual needle selection.

<Multi-feeder electronic jacquard machine>
 This model is a highly-productive electronic jacquard machine having multiple feeders (2.4 feeders/inch), i.e. 72 feeders on 30” and 84 feeders on 34”. 

<Ultra-fine gauge (36 gauge) on an electronic jacquard machine>
Improved SS actuator system can now be used for ultra-fine gauge machines and this enables us to introduce our world’s first* 36G electronic jacquard machine.
<Optional parts are available for knitting various types of  
  fabrics>
・Spandex yarn plated fabrics and mesh fabrics can be knitted by
  using optional parts.
<Color LCD touch panel>
・The high-luminance and clear color LCD using user-friendly icons for each
  function greatly reduces the chance of making mistakes in entering and
   confirming machine data, striper data, etc
<Equipped with FMC-40 controller having a 12MW memory>
Large pattern data can be transferred quickly to the controller from a USB flash memory or via LAN using our “KNIT SERVER SOFTWARE”.
*“KNIT SERVER SOFTWARE” is a WindowsXP application software using TCP/IP protocol. Optional items such as a personal computer (WindowsXP), a switching hub and LAN cables are required.
