Single
Knit Machine with 3-color Auto Stripers
VX-RSY3RE is a high productivity multi-feed
knitting machine with 3-color auto-stripers at all
feeds. It is designed so as to be easily converted
into a 6-color striper machine with a minimal
number of parts.

<Significant
increase in productivity>
The increased number of feeds, e.g. 72 feeds on
30”, has greatly improved the productivity
compared with conventional auto-striper machines.

<Narrow-width
3-color auto striper>
Newly designed narrow-width 3-color
auto-striper (catch & release type) which can
be fitted on multi-feed machines allows stable
striping at high speeds.

<6-color
striping (optional)>
This model can be
converted into a 6-color striper machine using 2
feeders for one striper unit to knit 4 - 6-color
striped fabrics. (Some optional parts are required
for the conversion.)

<Cam
system for stable needle and sinker movement>
One race cylinder exchange cams with
provision for optional 3 extra cam races.
Stitch/raising separate type cylinder cams and
double-push type sinker cams ensure stable
movement at high speeds. The same cam lines for
loop forming and knitting elements (for needles
and sinkers) as VX-RSY6RE are used.

plating such as yarn carrier, yarn feeding roller,
MER, etc. are available.

panel color LCD for operation panel>
The high-luminance and clear color LCD greatly
reduces the chance of making mistakes in entering
and confirming machine data, striper data, etc.

<Striper
elevating mechanism>
All the striper units can easily be raised at a
time with the striper elevating mechanism and this
allows easy cleaning around the knitting head and
cylinder exchange.
