Single Jersey Raceway Machine
Next-generation single knit machine capable of producing high-quality fabrics with improved productivity.
Easy conversion to other models.
* Model VXC-S3.2RE rotates counter-clockwise while model VXC-S3.2 rotates clockwise. The main functions and features of these models are basically the same.

Plain jersey, pique, inlay, 3-position structure patterns, spandex plated fabrics, etc.		 ・Application
 T-shirts, polo shirts, functional sportswear, etc.

     Some of the above fabrics may require optional parts.

<Newly developed closed cam system>
More precise needle movement has been attained by thoroughly studying cam profiles and needle behavior to produce higher quality fabrics. Double-push type sinker cams allow the sinkers to stably operate at high machine speeds.
<High speed operation>
Stable needle and sinker movement in high-speed operation has been achieved thanks to the newly designed cams. This enables the production of not only basic fabrics such as plain jersey, pique, etc. but also elastomeric yarn plated jersey, pique, etc. at high speeds.
<Increased number of feeders - 3.2 feeders/inch>
The increased number of feeders combined with increased machine speed realizes much higher production compared with our conventional 3S series machines.

 < Easy conversion to other models>
 This model can be converted to other S3.2 series models such as pile machines, mesh machines, etc. with minimized number of conversion parts thanks to the use of standardized parts. Conversion parts other than for new 3.2 series machines can also be used.
<Reduced overhaul frequency>
The strong air blow system effectively prevents lint from accumulating at areas where lint tends to build up and blows needle oil well into points not easily reached. Further, with the use of the air timer, the flutter blowers and tape blowers effectively remove lint in and around the knitting head and on the MPF tooth belts.
