<Mechanical Features> <High speed fabric production> The latest pile knitting theory has been incorporated into the sinker cams and sinker design by thoroughly studying sinker movement when pile fabric is knitted. Their optimum configurations allow the production of quality pile fabrics at high speeds. <Highly productive> Combination of the increased number of feeders (1.6 feeders/inch) and the higher operation speeds has achieved higher productivity compared with our conventional model VXC-PLP2B. VXC-S3.2 VXC-S3.2DF <Excellent convertibility> This model can quickly be converted to any of the S3.2 series single jersey machines with the minimum number of replacement parts thanks to our component standardization efforts and allows quick response to ever-changing market demands. The conversion parts for conventional machines can also be used. <Stable knitting of spandex  yarn plated pile fabrics> Our lint blowing system  using newly devised yarn carriers for spandex yarn insertion is available as optional parts. This system has resolved the lint accumulation problem with spandex yarn plating for pile fabrics, and thus achieving stable operation. <Quality fine gauge pile fabrics> Capable of knitting fine gauge (28 gauge) pile fabrics. These open up the possibilities for making luxurious pile fabrics such as graceful velour pile which can only be produced by fine gauge machines and cotton pile having fine texture and smooth handle using fine cotton yarns.
